Reservation Terms and Conditions...
- A reservation is confirmed ONLY upon receipt of the 30% deposit accompanying the duly signed rental contract.
- The balance due must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- If a reservation is made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, a total payment is required.
- Weekly rentals start on Friday at 5 pm and end on the following Friday at noon; week-ends start on Friday at 5 pm and end on Sunday noon.

- Bedding and tableware

- Long distance calls will be charged to guests.
- Pets allowed under certain conditions.
